In every scene, there are four thin black lines. This is a malfunction. Defect in the LCD panel itself (driver IC) This is due to aging or malfunction of the circuitry that sends images to the screen or the panel itself. If straight lines appear vertically or horizontally in single-pixel increments, this is the most likely cause. If there are straight, parallel lines running horizontally, one pixel at a time, it is extremely likely that there is a “defect in the LCD panel (source/gate driver)” or a “failure of the T-Con board (video control board)” inside the TV.
