If straight lines appear vertically or horizontally in single-pixel increments, this is the most likely cause. If there are straight, parallel lines running horizontally, one pixel at a time, it is extremely likely that there is a “defect in the LCD panel (source/gate driver)” or a “failure of the T-Con board (video control board)” inside the TV.
